The GRYF 9000 series are modular instruments designed to perform industrial
measurements. They can be used both independently (as an autonomous measuring and controlling unit, with capability to transfer the measured values) and in measuring groups of max. 32 units connected to a PC (via a digital communication line RS485). Such assembly enables to perform a visualization of the technical process, to transfer and store measured values, to control the technological process via the measured values and to transfer various levels of reports and alarms. The values which have been stored can be further processed in a table processor (they are stored in the DBF format). By using the RS485 line, the temperature can also be transferred together with the main measured value.

The instruments are controlled via four push-buttons on the front panel. It is
possible to set protection to some of the functions against incompetent manipulation
(for example setting the parameters of the PI regulator or calibration inhibition). A
five-digit LED display shows clearly the measured value.
The instruments are produced as independent modules on a DIN bar (90 x 106 x 58 mm) with the basic IP40 coverage. They can also be delivered in a built-in plastic case with a transparent door and with IP65 coverage.

The basic set contains: a main value meter, temperature meter, temperature
compensation of the main value (if necessary), two outlets – adjustable switches.
Internal modules of the data transfer and an PI regulator can be implemented during
production.

Transfer module (measurement outlet) – outlet
- analogue 0÷20 mA, 4÷20 mA
- digital RS 485.

Regulation module (PI regulator) – outlet
- voltage 0÷1V, 0÷5 V, 0÷10 V
- pulse 0÷110 imp. / min.,

Following independent external modules can be delivered:

o Impedance transducer for distant measurements of pH, mV, O2 mounted on a
DIN bar, in a measuring head or in an electrode body.
o Rely set 2 outputs (2x transfer contact)
o Independent current line for the transfer of measured temperature
values 0÷20, 4÷20 mA.
